AXISCADES Technologies plans to raise up to Rs 200 crore via secured NCDs

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, formerly AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve raising funds through the issuance of secured, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a value up to Rs 200 crore.
