GSS Infotech sets September 18, 2026, as Record Date for Annual General Meeting

GSS Infotech Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors has fixed September 18, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement to Members to cast their e-vote for the 23rd Annual General Meeting, which will be held on September 25, 2026, and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026.
