GOCL Corporation’s register of members will close September 23-29 for a Rs 30 dividend

GOCL Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for a dividend of Rs 30.00 per share, or 1500%, for the financial year 2025-26, with September 22, 2026, as the record date.
