Sihora Industries Limited, formerly known as Sihora Industries Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26 and decided to convene the 03rd Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, while also appointing National Securities Depository Limited as the Remote E-Voting Agency and CS Hardikkumar Jetani as Scrutinizer for the meeting.
