Regis Industries will close its member register and share transfer books September 18-25, 2026

Regis Industries Limited, formerly known as Bhartia Bachat Limited, will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 18, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 25, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. E-voting will be available from September 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM to September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with a cut-off date of September 18, 2026, to determine voting eligibility.
