Laxmi India Finance Limited allotted Rs 100 crore in rated debentures via private placement

Laxmi India Finance Limited, formerly Laxmi India Finance Private Limited, has approved the allotment of 70,000 rated, listed debentures with a nominal value of Rs 70 crore and 30,000 debentures with a nominal value of Rs 30 crore on a private placement basis. The debentures, designated as Series A and Series B, respectively, each have a face value of Rs 10,000 and will mature on September 02, 2029, with an annual coupon rate of 10.50% payable monthly. The Business Operation Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment on September 02, 2026, following a meeting that commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:30 P.M.
