Equilateral Enterprises reappointed SSRV and Associates for a five-year term

Equilateral Enterprises Limited, formerly Surya Industrial Corporation Limited, announced the reappointment of M/s. SSRV and Associates, Chartered Accountants, for a second term of five consecutive years, subject to approval by the company's members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The reappointment, effective from the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting, was approved by the company's board of directors on September 2, 2026.
