Shree Krishna Paper Mills to hold AGM on September 29, 2026, with e-voting via MUFG Intime

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd. will hold its 54th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, both days inclusive, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The cut-off date to record the entitlement of members to vote electronically is September 22, 2026, and e-voting will be facilitated by MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
