KIFS Financial Services closes its register for an annual meeting and dividend payment

KIFS Financial Services Limited has announced that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, for its 31st annual general meeting and for the payment of the final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26, if declared. The company has set Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the record date for remote e-voting and to determine shareholders eligible to vote at the meeting.
