StarlinePS Enterprises appoints Shah & Shah as auditors for a five-year term

StarlinePS Enterprises Limited announced that M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli will step down as statutory auditors following the conclusion of the company's 15th Annual General Meeting, after serving two consecutive terms. The board approved the appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah as the company's statutory auditors for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 15th AGM until the conclusion of the 20th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
