Shivalik Bimetal re-appoints Kabir Ghumman as Managing Director through September 2026

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Kabir Ghumman was re-appointed as Managing Director, effective September 2, 2026, for a term beginning August 29, 2024. Additionally, Ramawatar Sunar was appointed as Cost Auditor for a term from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2031, while M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP was approved as the statutory auditor, also for a five-year term beginning September 2, 2026.
