Sylph Industries Limited to appoint Sunil Amarchand Kalal as Managing Director and CFO

Sylph Industries Limited, formerly known as Sylph Technologies Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 5, 2026, to approve the company’s Board’s Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the appointment of Mr. Sunil Amarchand Kalal as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, both Key Managerial Personnel, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
