DHYAANI TRADEVENTURES LIMITED, formerly known as Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to approve the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, consider the reappointment of Mr. Chintan Nayan Bhai Rajyaguru as Managing Director for a period of 5 years, and address related party transactions and managerial remuneration, among other matters.
