Dhvija Finance Limited names Ayushi Singh Company Secretary, replacing Ronika Dhall

Dhvija Finance Limited, formerly F Mec International Financial Services Limited, announced the resignation of Ronika Dhall as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 2, 2026. Simultaneously, the company appointed Ayushi Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also effective September 2, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE. Singh, holding Membership No. ACS:76123, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees in Commerce and Law.
