Varyaa Creations re-appointed Pooja Naheta as Managing Director for five years

Varyaa Creations Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Pooja Naheta as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective September 2, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting. The board also approved a revision in remuneration for Executive Directors Pooja Naheta and Sarika Naheta, and authorized investment of surplus funds in mutual funds. Additionally, the board approved a proposal to alter the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association to enable investments in securities and financial instruments, pending shareholder approval via a special resolution.
