Mizzen Ventures schedules AGM for September 30, 2026, following board approval

Mizzen Ventures Limited, formerly known as Jyothi Infraventures Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the draft Directors’ Report and Notice for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a book closure period from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, and a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, while also appointing M/s. Nuren Lodaya & Associates as Scrutinizer for the AGM and noting the resignation of Mr. Om Kantimohan Mishra as Whole-time Director, effective August 19, 2026.
