CARE Ratings Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees under a stock option scheme

CARE Ratings Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 24,500 equity shares to employees under the CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 30,09,39,120 consisting of 3,00,93,912 equity shares to Rs 30,11,84,120 consisting of 3,01,18,412 equity shares.
