RLF Limited allotted shares to promoters, converting loans for Rs 13.65 million

RLF Limited announced the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 10.50 per share on a preferential basis to Ashish Khanna and Aditya Khanna, both promoter group members, for Rs 1,36,50,000, converting outstanding unsecured loans. The allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 9,64,34,600 comprising 96,43,460 shares to Rs 10,94,34,600 comprising 1,09,43,460 shares, and will be listed on the BSE Limited.
