JITFinfra directors Raj Kamal Aggarwal, Girish Sharma, and Dhananjaya Pati Tripathi to step down in 2026

JITFinfra informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange Limited that the second consecutive terms of Dr. Raj Kamal Aggarwal, Mr. Girish Sharma, and Mr. Dhananjaya Pati Tripathi as Independent Directors will be completed on September 4, 2026, at which time they will cease to hold those positions.
