Castora Agri Commodities closes member register September 19-25 for annual meeting

Castora Agri Commodities Limited, formerly known as Gopal Iron & Steels Co. (Gujarat) Ltd., will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for its 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. via video conference or other audio visual means, with September 18, 2026, set as the cut-off date for remote e-voting, which will be available from September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
