R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems approved draft reports and AGM details for fiscal 2026

R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the draft Notice convening the Annual General Meeting for the same period, and fixed the Book Closure period from September 24, 2026 to September 30, 2026, with September 23, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility for the AGM, which will be held on September 30, 2026 via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.
