CreditAccess Grameen Limited allotted debentures totaling INR 300 crore, listed on BSE

CreditAccess Grameen Limited announced the allotment of 10,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures of INR 100,000 each, totaling INR 100 crore (Series I Debentures), and 20,000 debentures of the same denomination, totaling INR 200 crore (Series II Debentures), on a private placement basis. The company will list the debentures on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited, with Series I debentures maturing on September 2, 2028, and Series II debentures maturing on September 2, 2029.
