Majestic Research Services seeks AGM extension to December 2026 due to restructuring

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a proposal to apply to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, seeking a three-month extension, up to December 31, 2026, for holding the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, citing reasons including the implementation of a Resolution Plan under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, approved by the NCLT, and pending capital reduction/restructuring corporate actions.
