Ritesh International Limited closes its member register ahead of its annual meeting

RITESH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 23, 2026, to September 28, 2026, for its 44th Annual General Meeting, and has appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) to facilitate e-voting for eligible shareholders between September 25, 2026, and September 27, 2026.
