IIFL Finance Limited’s committee approved Rs 350 crore debenture allotment via private placement

IIFL Finance Limited announced that its finance committee approved the allotment of 35,000 secured, listed, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 100,000 each, aggregating to Rs 350 crore, on a private placement basis. The debentures, designated Series D37, will mature on September 01, 2028, with a coupon rate of 9.25% p.a., and will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company has created a first ranking pari passu charge over its assets, including gold loans, MSME/business loans, real estate loans, capital market loans, and loans against property, to secure the debentures.
