Vinyoflex Limited sets September 19, 2026, as the book closure date for its AGM

Vinyoflex Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors has fixed September 19, 2026, as the book closure date for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 18, 2026, and e-voting will be available from September 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. to September 24, 2026, at 5 p.m. through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
