Vivanta Industries adopts new MOA and AOA to align with the Companies Act, 2013

Vivanta Industries Limited announced that its board of directors approved the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) in line with the Companies Act, 2013, during a meeting held on September 2nd, 2026. The changes to the MOA primarily involve aligning the company's existing framework with the new Act, with no alteration to the main objects of the company, while the new AOA is based on "Table -F" of the Act and incorporates provisions from the Act and Secretarial Standards.
