RSC International appoints Prince Gupta as Company Secretary, effective September 1, 2026

RSC International Limited, on September 1, 2026, announced the appointment of Mr. Prince Gupta (ACS: 77286) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designating him as a Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 1, 2026. The company also approved its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and convened the 33rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Additionally, the Board considered and approved the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
