Shiprocket to review quarterly financial results at board meeting on September 7, 2026

Shiprocket Limited will hold a board meeting on September 7, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 19, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
