Clio Infotech Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2026, and that August 19, 2026, has been set as the cut-off date for voting.
