ACME Solar Holdings Limited names BSR & Co. LLP as auditors for a five-year term

ACME Solar Holdings Limited appointed M/s. BSR & Co. LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval at the 11th Annual General Meeting. The company also seeks shareholder approval to alter its Memorandum of Association to include businesses related to electricity, power, energy, and data centers, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Dhingra as a director, alongside approving the notice for the 11th AGM to be held on September 29, 2026.
