Genus Prime Infra Limited closes shareholder books September 18-24 for its annual meeting

Genus Prime Infra Limited, formerly Gulshan Chemfill Limited, has informed the BSE Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026, for the purpose of its 26th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 24, 2026, and that Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) will provide remote e-voting and e-voting system facilities for shareholders holding shares as of September 17, 2026.
