One 97 Communications Limited granted equity shares to employees via stock option scheme

One 97 Communications Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 4,74,714 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees through the exercise of vested options under the One 97 Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019, on September 01, 2026. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 64,11,33,110 to Rs 64,16,07,824, comprising 64,16,07,824 equity shares.
