Cholamandalam Investment allocates Rs 2000 crore in unsecured perpetual securities via private placement

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited announced it has allotted 2000 unsecured perpetual non-convertible securities through a private placement on the NSE EBP, with a total issue size of Rs 2000 crore, listed in the WDM segment of the NSE, carrying a coupon rate of 8.97% and a call option on September 2, 2036.
