Darshan Orna Limited appointed SS Lunkad and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 to fiscal year 2030–31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
