Darshan Orna Limited appoints new auditors, subject to member approval in September 2026

Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. P H Shah and Co. as statutory auditor for five financial years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as secretarial auditor for the same period, both subject to member approval at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. The board also approved the notice of the AGM, the directors’ report, and the annual report for the financial year 2025–26, and noted the resignation of M/s. Shah Karia & Associates as statutory auditor and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as secretarial auditor.
