AKI India’s board approved related-party transactions with AKI UK Limited, pending shareholder approval

AKI India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its Board of Directors approved material related party transactions with AKI UK Limited, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and approved the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Director’s Report, and other related documents, scheduling the 32nd Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. through video conference or other audio-visual means.
