Assam Entrade Limited sets e-voting dates for its annual general meeting in September 2026

Assam Entrade Limited has set the cut-off date for e-voting in respect of its 41st Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Friday, September 18, 2026, and will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, both days inclusive; remote e-voting will be available from 9:00 A.M. on September 22, 2026, to 5:00 P.M. on September 24, 2026, and will be scrutinized by Mr. Hemant Kumar Sajnani of HKS & Associates LLP.
