Grand Oak Canyons Distillery plans to issue preference shares, pending approvals

Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Limited, formerly known as Pacheli Industrial Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider and approve the reclassification of its authorized share capital by creating preference share capital and the issuance of 206,70,00,000 unlisted 2% Non-Convertible Preference Shares (NCPS) on a preferential basis, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
