STEL Holdings will close its register of members September 19-25 for its AGM

STEL Holdings Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, at 12:00 Noon via video conferencing and other audio visual means.
