Talwalkars Better Value Fitness board approves changes to its Memorandum of Association

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited announced that its board approved alterations to the company's Memorandum of Association, including the insertion of new object clauses related to intellectual property rights, film production and distribution, jewelry, and related services. The changes, which require shareholder approval, also involve the removal of existing clauses B and C from Object Clause III B of the Memorandum of Association. The company has scheduled its 16th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Mumbai.
