Riddhi Display Equipments schedules AGM for September 29, 2026, with Maashitla Securities as e-voting agency

Riddhi Display Equipments Limited said its board approved convening its Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM through video conferencing, and fixed the book closure date from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, inclusive, while also approving a cut-off date of August 22, 2026, for the AGM notice and September 20, 2026, for remote e-voting, appointing Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the e-voting agency.
