Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its register of members and share transfer book will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the purpose of holding its 16th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, and the company has fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining entitlement to vote electronically.
