Shivansh Finserve to acquire STARTECH and Peepal Mining via board meeting September 5

Shivansh Finserve Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for increasing the company’s authorized share capital and to finalize the acquisition of equity shares of STARTECH INFRALOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED and PEEPAL MINING AND LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED from their existing shareholders, an acquisition previously approved in principle on August 6, 2026. The board will also consider a proposal to issue and allot equity shares on a preferential basis to the shareholders of STARTECH INFRALOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED and PEEPAL MINING AND LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED as consideration for the acquisition, as well as a separate preferential allotment of equity shares to raise funds.
