KFin Technologies extends Marudheri Shankaran Chandrasekhar's tenure to August 2027

KFin Technologies Limited announced September 1, 2026, that the Board of Directors approved an enhancement of role for Mr. Praveen Shankaran, who will additionally head the Fund Accounting function, and extended the tenure of Mr. Marudheri Shankaran Chandrasekhar as Chief of Fund Accounting Platform for one year, effective September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
