Renaissance Global’s equity capital rises with 7,500 shares allotted under its 2021 scheme

Renaissance Global Limited announced the allotment of 7,500 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the Renaissance Global – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 21,48,07,942 comprising 10,74,03,971 equity shares of Rs 2 each, from Rs 21,47,92,942 comprising 10,73,96,471 shares previously. The allotment included shares exercisable at Rs 110 and Rs 2 each, with Rs 8,25,000 realized from the exercise of options.
