Tandhan Industries plans to consider fundraising and dividend recommendations at September board meeting

Tandhan Industries Limited, formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 7, 2026, to consider raising funds through various instruments including equity shares, ADRs, GDRs, FCCBs, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, and QIP, and to recommend a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
