Axis Bank allotted equity shares under its scheme, raising paid-up capital slightly

Axis Bank Limited announced on September 1, 2026, that it has allotted 162,407 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs. 6,226,165,660 to Rs. 6,226,490,474.
