Majestic Auto infused Rs 75.79 crore into Sharan Hospitality, per a Supreme Court-approved plan

Majestic Auto Limited has infused a total of Rs 75,79,00,000 into Sharan Hospitality Private Limited (SHPL) as part of a resolution plan approved by the Supreme Court, according to a filing on September 1, 2026. The infusion includes Rs 40,00,00,000 through the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares and 35,00,00,000 non-convertible debentures, and an additional Rs 35,79,00,000 through the allotment of 35,79,00,000 non-convertible debentures. The company plans to further infuse Rs 29,28,00,000 via an inter-corporate deposit and receive 50,00,000 bonus redeemable preference shares, ultimately transferring the securities to NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund.
