Rathi Steel and Power appoints auditors and schedules annual meeting for September 2026

Rathi Steel and Power Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the appointment of M/s R. M. Bansal & Co. as Cost Auditor and M/s. DIT & Company as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, both effective September 1, 2026. The board also approved the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association, scheduled a 55th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, and approved the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26.
